Q - What does the registration cost include?

Registration includes your full participation in the Convention, including; workshops, talks, accommodation and all meals.

Q - Is it necessary to make a booking prior to the convention?

It is essential that all registrations are made before the Convention. To register, simply click the registration button at the top of the this page.

Q - When does the Early Bird registration period end?

Early Bird Registrations close on Sunday, the 30th of May, 2018.

Q - When do registrations close?

Registrations will officially close on Monday, the 2nd of July, 2018.

​

Q - In the case where an individual is no longer able to attend, is the price of the Convention refundable?

If registration is cancelled prior to the official close of registrations (July 2nd), an administration fee of $75, will be charged per person, with the remaining balance refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Registrations cancelled after the closing date (July 2nd) are non-refundable.

Q - If I paid for my registration and am unable to attend, am I able to transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, registrations are transferable provided that you inform the organising team about the changes by sending an email to youthoffice@maronite.org.au.

Q - Is there an age limit to attend the Convention?

Yes, the convention is open to youth aged 16 - 35 year olds. However, if you are under 18, you need to contact youthoffice@maronite.org.au for permission to attend.
